The town of Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat is located on the Cap Ferrat peninsula, viewed in this photo from above the town of Beaulieu-sur-Mer, seen in the foreground. Located between Nice and Monaco, this peninsula has the second most expensive real estate in the world (second only to Monaco).
